Senior QA Automation Engineer (China)

Job Description

Horizons is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to enhance the quality of their SaaS platform. The role involves collaborating within a cross-functional squad to develop and automate tests for new features and regression scenarios. The candidate will conduct functional, system integration, and regression testing, prioritize and triage bugs, and contribute to requirements review.

Responsibilities:

• Join a cross-functional squad.
• Develop automated tests for new features and regression scenarios.
• Conduct functional, system integration, and regression testing.
• Prioritize and triage bugs reported by clients.
• Track defects from discovery through to resolution.
• Contribute to requirements review and prioritization.

Requirements:

• Decent coding experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance or Software Development roles.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.
• Proficiency in API testing and automation.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools (JIRA) and version control (Git).
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing manual testing plans.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
