Global Accounting Director

Job Description

Horizons is seeking a Global Accounting Director to lead the transition from Xero to NetSuite and manage global financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Employer of Record (EOR) or fintech services and a deep understanding of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and global financial statement consolidation.Role involves:

• Leading the transition from Xero to NetSuite.
• Overseeing the migration of financial data, systems, and business processes.
• Managing intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across multiple global entities.
• Overseeing the preparation and consolidation of global financial statements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading NetSuite implementation or migration projects.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and managing system migrations.
• Strong background in Employer of Record (EOR) services or the fintech industry.
• Expertise in global financial operations.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
