Horizons is seeking a Client Finance Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities: - Process payroll billing accurately.
- Generate, review, and validate invoices.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries.
- Manage and resolve client support tickets.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor outstanding balances.
- Prepare and analyze reports.
Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or client services.
- Experience with financial software and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to detect discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solver with a customer-first approach.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
