Job Description

Horizons is seeking a Head of Product to oversee the development, management, and continuous improvement of its platform's product offerings. The Head of Product will ensure the platform meets the needs of its clients and remains competitive in the market. This role involves strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to stay ahead of market trends and customer expectations.Horizons is building the infrastructure to power borderless teams, handling global payroll, benefits, taxes, and compliance through its technology. This enables businesses to hire anyone anywhere compliantly.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operation and sales teams.
• Oversee the user experience of the platform.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure the platform complies with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within HR technology, payroll, or EoR industries.
• 2+ years of experience in managing product teams.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with global employment laws and regulations, as well as data privacy and security standards.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability and resilience.
• Technical knowledge of relevant technologies and tools.
