Horizons is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Director to lead their North American sales efforts. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition. The Sales Director will lead a high-performing sales team, foster a culture of accountability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and own the sales strategy for North America.
- Implement scalable sales processes.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a sales team of Account Executives.
- Drive regional revenue targets.
- Optimize sales strategies using data-driven insights.
- Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process.
- Implement tools and technologies to streamline sales.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Represent Horizons as a thought leader.
Requirements: - 5+ years of sales management experience in the EOR space.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Expertise in GTM strategy development.
- Experience selling into midmarket and enterprise accounts.
- Strong ability to develop partnerships with PEOs, EORs, and payroll providers.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
