Job Description

Horizons is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join their team in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR tech, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector. This role reports directly to the regional sales leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the MENA region.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Leverage an existing network of clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the MENA region.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
