Job Description
Horizons is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join their team in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR tech, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector. This role reports directly to the regional sales leader.
Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound sales efforts across the MENA region.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Leverage an existing network of clients and partners.
- Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the MENA region.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.
- A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
