OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Group Account Director to be based in Mumbai, India. The Group Account Director will work in close collaboration with the client, focusing on being the core craft and digital partner, powering global and regional creative excellence. The role involves owning the client relationship, leading projects, managing team resources, and ensuring timely delivery of work.
The Group Account Director will think ahead, anticipate problems, manage expectations, support the team, and develop contingency plans. They will foster trust with clients through their ability to deliver and nurture the best possible work. Internally, they will maintain strong relationships with team members and lead them to create great work.
Role Involves:
- Managing projects from beginning to end.
- Providing leadership and expertise to the onsite creative team.
- Scheduling and managing team priorities and deadlines.
- Championing a lasting and strategic partnership with the client.
- Ensuring financial accountability and stellar project management.
- Maintaining ongoing communications to streamline processes and resources.
- Brand guardianship.
- Presenting work internally and to clients.
- Resource management in partnership with the Creative Director.
Requirements:
- Excellent client engagement skills.
- Passion for understanding the client’s business and brands.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workloads.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end digital creative solutions.
- Knowledge of account management, project management, and invoicing.
- Creativity and ability to contribute to studio output.
- Ambition to push for the best work.
- Understanding of integrating with a client-side team.
- Experience with Personal Skincare, beauty, or cosmetic brands is a bonus.
