OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness through innovative approaches and strong relationships with influencers.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identifying and building relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Developing content ideas and write and curate content.
  • Planning shoots and coordinating with agencies.
  • Setting up and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Researching market data and trends to establish best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing for Beauty lead brands/campaigns.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or TapInfluence).
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
