Job Description
OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Project Delivery Director to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for establishing and managing creative production processes for a large-scale multidisciplinary team within the Asia-Pacific region. The Project Delivery Director will ensure delivery excellence, meet project margin targets, drive improved account health, and achieve gross margin targets. This position requires on-site presence 5 days a week.Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing processes for a multi-disciplinary studio team.
- Monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within budget.
- Accountable for teams meeting their billability, productivity, and clientability targets.
- Identifying, developing, and implementing process solutions and workflow patterns.
- Leading the implementation of global program rollouts, tailored locally.
- Maintaining client brand guidelines and managing quality control.
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors.
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices.
- Managing team-wide communications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8-10 years in Project / Programme Management or Agency Operations.
- Demonstrated history of being process-driven and result-focused.
- Passion for defining, implementing, and controlling for quality.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic global environment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fundamental grasp of project management methodologies.
