Job Description
Anaplan is seeking an HR Generalist to join their EMEA team in Paris, France. This role will report to the Director, HR Business Partner EMEA, and will be responsible for providing HR support, advice, and solutions to employees across EMEA, with a focus on administrative management. The ideal candidate will be required to be in the Paris office at least two days a week.
The role involves:
- Drafting and managing regulatory declarations specific to France.
- Preparing mandatory reports and compliance documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
- Acting as the main point of contact with external organizations.
- Preparing and organizing Workers’ Council meetings.
- Guiding employees and managers on administrative HR matters.
- Handling HR inquiries and issues.
- Managing disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Supporting performance management.
- Collaborating with HR Operations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration.
- Experience in centralized HR environments preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of employee cases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong listening and empathy skills.
- Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
