The Senior Solutions Consultant will work closely with the sales team to position Anaplan as a planning and management foundation for customers. This role will be focused on the financial industry.Responsibilities:

• Identify customer challenges in planning and management processes and propose solutions using Anaplan.
• Tailor Anaplan solutions to meet the specific needs of financial industry clients.
• Position Anaplan as a key platform within the customer's IT landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the sales process and maximize value.
• Enhance expertise in business, industry, and product knowledge through training and deal activities.
• Increase awareness of Anaplan solutions in the market.

Requirements:

• Experience as a pre-sales or implementation project member with a business application provider.
• Experience in consulting related to FP&A or HR.
• Experience in FP&A or HR within the financial industry.
• Technical experience with multi-dimensional models, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new methodologies.
• Native-level Japanese language skills.
