Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to lead strategic Anaplan deployments across the UK and Nordics. This London-based hybrid role focuses on delivering high-impact planning solutions for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex implementations, ideally across Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Workforce Planning domains. They should be comfortable operating at the intersection of delivery and advisory, with strong skills in scoping, negotiating, and managing escalations.Anaplan offers a winning culture that champions diversity and provides opportunities for growth and development.Role involves:
  • Leading end-to-end deployments of Anaplan solutions with internal teams and partners.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for delivery, aligning with customer stakeholders.
  • Navigating complex programs, ensuring delivery excellence while managing scope, risk, budget, and resources.
  • Driving key project decisions on design, testing, timelines, and change management.
  • Championing the Anaplan Way methodology.
  • Reporting on project status and portfolio health.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of program or project management experience across complex enterprise initiatives.
  • Domain expertise in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning.
  • Strong customer engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects within tight timelines and budgets.
  • Agile project delivery experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for driving business outcomes.
