Solution Architect – Financial Consolidations & Reporting

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated Solution Architect to join their Americas team, focusing on Financial Consolidations & Reporting. This role supports implementation projects related to Anaplan's acquisition of Fluence, covering statutory and management consolidation across the AMER region. The Solution Architect will collaborate with sales and presales teams, providing scoping sessions, project estimates, and SOWs. They will also enable partners by offering coaching and knowledge transfer during the implementation of Anaplan's Consolidation solution.Role involves:

• Assisting sales and presales with scoping sessions and project estimates.
• Providing coaching and knowledge transfer to partners.
• Supporting the implementation of Consolidation software solutions.
• Defining functional and technical requirements with clients.
• Configuring the Consolidation model.
• Assisting with data mapping and loading.
• Participating in solution testing.
• Providing post Go-Live support.
• Developing and documenting implementation methodology.
• Assisting with testing new releases of the Consolidation software.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for online learning content.

Requirements:

• A 4-year degree in Finance/Accounting and/or CPA designation or equivalent.
• Experience in consulting/implementing EPM solutions.
• 7+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Subject matter expertise in Financial Consolidations and Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of data integration.
• Passion for business analytics, and financial consolidation and close.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
