• Creating and approving enablement content
• Defining enablement best practices
• Creating an SDR Learning Path
• Maintaining project plans
• Coordinating with SDR leadership
• Determining enablement content adoption and success metrics
• Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams
• Training the SDR team
• Ensuring the sales enablement content repository is up to date
• Conducting and reporting on results and surveys
• Gathering feedback from the SDR team
• Driving high standards and values
• Coaching others for success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business, and/or marketing
• Client-facing experience in a sales, customer success, presales, or sales support role
• Experience with sales enablement and learning management tools
• Experience with learning tools
• Experience facilitating virtual workshops
• Exceptional facilitation skills
• Knowledge of adult learning best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
