Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a VP of GTM Enablement to drive the success of its global go-to-market teams. This role involves developing and executing a best-in-class GTM enablement program aligned with Anaplan's business strategy. The VP will lead a team of Sales Enablement leaders, deliver high-quality enablement programs, and support cross-functional GTM roles. This individual will be part of the GTM Operations senior leadership team and be a key leader within the GTM organization.Role involves:
  • Developing and driving a best-in-class GTM enablement program
  • Understanding key business requirements and strategies across different industries and segments
  • Aligning business needs to specific Enablement Programs
  • Delivering high quality Enablement Programs
  • Evaluating, building, and driving adoption of plans and processes
  • Supporting the cross functional GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, Presales, and Demand Generation
  • Helping develop and drive implementation of the strategy for enablement programs and tools
  • Leading a high-performing team
  • Developing a blended learning model
  • Providing thought leadership and strategy development
  • Ensuring team employs detailed and meticulous qualitative and quantitative analyses
  • Being a subject matter expert in our sales process and methodology
  • Developing and activating enhanced, uniform sales methodology platform
  • Leading implementation of playbooks across lines of business
Requirements:
  • 15 - 20 years of GTM, sales enablement, or sales management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree or degree in Instructional Design a plus
  • Executive presence and communication, with ability to influence
  • Strong strategy development, teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • Consistent record of producing and hosting informative events, driving adoption, and measuring impact of programs
  • Ability to adjust on the fly to new demands
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high performance teams
  • Ability to conduct analyses, interpret results, and effectively communicate insights
