Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a VP of GTM Enablement to partner with the global GTM organization. This role focuses on accelerating time to bookings, supercharging bookings growth, impacting the customer buying journey, and improving productivity. The VP will report to the SVP, GTM Strategy and Operations, direct a team of Sales Enablement leaders, and drive the execution of GTM onboarding and training programs.

Role Involves:
  • Developing and driving a best-in-class GTM enablement program.
  • Aligning business needs to specific Enablement Programs.
  • Delivering high-quality Enablement Programs.
  • Evaluating, building, and driving adoption of plans and processes.
  • Supporting cross-functional GTM roles.
  • Leading a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • 15 - 20 years of GTM, sales enablement, or sales management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree a plus.
  • Executive presence and communication skills.
  • Strong strategy development and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Ability to conduct analyses and communicate insights.
