Job Description
Anaplan is seeking an ABM Campaign Manager to drive revenue growth by creating and nurturing qualified leads and accounts. Reporting to the Associate Director of ABM, this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels for the HR/Workforce Planning line of business (LOB). The focus will be on generating and advancing qualified opportunities via account-based strategic initiatives.Role involves:
- Developing and executing account-based marketing programs.
- Working with internal subject matter experts to understand LOB pain points.
- Identifying trends and insights to optimize digital marketing activities.
- Interfacing with stakeholders across the Revenue team.
- Leveraging the internal project management team.
- Partnering with Field Marketing teams.
- Delivering high-quality Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQAs).
- Developing and optimizing marketing plans.
- Managing budget planning, forecasting, and PO requisitions.
- Overseeing vendor selection and contracts.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS.
- Experience in marketing HR/Workforce solutions or business services is a plus.
- Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns.
- Strong reporting capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Demandbase, Salesforce, and Workfront is a plus.
- Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment.
