Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with native German language skills to join their team in Germany, ideally based in Berlin or Frankfurt. This role is crucial as the SDR is often the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Anaplan's commitment to optimizing business decision-making through their platform. The SDR will focus on driving growth and building relationships with German prospects and customers.

Role involves:
  • Developing and generating sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Following up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests.
  • Conducting outbound cold-calling and email correspondence.
  • Implementing Account Based Sales Development strategies.
  • Scheduling initial meetings and demonstrations for the direct sales force.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales metrics.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Inside Sales/Business Development/Sales Development experience, preferably at an enterprise software company selling SaaS / Cloud applications.
  • Consistent track record for meeting and exceeding lead generation, forecasting, and sales objectives.
  • Experience calling into Fortune 2000 accounts at CXO level.
  • Any exposure to closing sales of any kind.
  • Mother tongue German and fluent in English.
