• Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team on using Agile practices.
• Ensuring Scrum is understood and adhered to.
• Coaching the Scrum team in self-organization and cross-functional skillset.
• Resolving team impediments with other Scrum Masters.
• Facilitating all scrum events.
• Managing cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements include:

• Exemplifying and promoting Agile values and principles.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Jira Align.
