Model Builder - Workforce Applications

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Model Builder to join their Workforce Center of Excellence. In this role, the Model Builder will be responsible for building out-of-the-box and extendable applications on the Anaplan platform for planning, forecasting, and reporting use cases across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration skills, a deep understanding of HR systems and workforce planning use cases, expertise in the Anaplan platform, and an innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadlines.Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver Workforce Applications using the Anaplan platform.
• Partner with Product Management to understand and document application requirements.
• Design and build applications and user experiences that meet UX standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and refine applications as needed.
• Upgrade applications with new Anaplan platform capabilities.
• Partner with Center of Excellence Advisors, Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams.
• Create compelling conceptual demos and supporting content.
• Develop configuration and implementation content, documentation, and best practices.
• Provide ongoing improvements and optimizations to existing applications.
• Act as a trusted knowledge expert for applications.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with prospect and customer opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience as an Anaplan Model Builder, deploying workforce planning use cases.
• At least Level 3 Certification.
• Ability to bring an engineering discipline to Anaplan applications.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
