Job Description
Anaplan is seeking an Application Delivery Advisor to ensure the technical excellence of Anaplan Sales Applications from implementation to full-scale deployment. The Application Delivery Lead will blend technical expertise, project management, and professional services enablement to ensure delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligns with Anaplan's standards of quality.

Role involves:
  • Serving as an expert for Anaplan Sales Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies.
  • Developing and overseeing enablement programs and create comprehensive technical documentation for internal and partner use.
  • Driving implementation success, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Empowering partners through training and support, scaling Anaplan's service delivery capacity.
  • Upholding and enhancing implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity.

Requirements:
  • Technical expert in the Anaplan platform and implementation methodologies.
  • Functional knowledge of Sales Planning, Go-to-Market Operations, and Incentive Compensation.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful partner enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects to successful completion in a customer-facing role.
