Job Description

Anaplan is seeking an experienced Applications, Product Manager to join its Supply Chain Applications team. This role is pivotal in building and delivering cutting-edge solutions, tackling complex challenges, and providing real-time insights to optimize performance and enhance visibility across the entire supply chain. The Product Manager will lead the vision and strategy for these applications and translate that vision into business requirements for product development.

The role involves staying updated on market trends, collaborating with customers to understand their challenges and needs, and incorporating that knowledge into a roadmap for the relevant applications. The Product Manager will work across all functions of Anaplan, including go-to-market, professional services, product, and technology.

Role involves:

• Defining and maintaining a vision for supply chain planning applications.
• Translating the vision into a roadmap.
• Collaborating with application development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Capturing customer feedback and needs.
• Scanning the market to understand the perspective of thought-leaders, analysts, and competitors.
• Supporting strategic sales activity.
• Working with key partners to capture their perspective on the application roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Supply Chain Management with a hands-on familiarity with SCM solutions in operations settings.
• A solid understanding of Demand and Supply Planning, and S&OP/IBP processes, across a range of industries.
• A track record in building a vision/strategy for a product, and driving that through to delivered new product capabilities.
• High-level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Client-facing experience in advisory, implementation, or product capacities.
• Experience in roles straddling business needs and technology solutions.
