Senior Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer to join their Supply Chain Center of Excellence. In this role, the individual will build out-of-the-box and extendable applications on the Anaplan platform for various supply chain planning use cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, an understanding of Supply Chain Planning, and a desire to learn.

The Senior Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer will work with Solution Architects and be accountable for assigned build activities. Anaplan welcomes candidates with supply chain planning experience, even without prior experience in building applications on Anaplan. The company is willing to upskill individuals who are numerically literate and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deliver Supply Chain Applications using Anaplan platform components.
• Partner with Supply Chain Product Management to understand and document application requirements.
• Work with Solution Architects to build according to their design thinking.
• Ensure user experience meets UX standards and is intuitive.
• Participate in quality assurance, updating, and refining as needed.
• Provide input to product managers based on supply chain planning experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver compelling demos and supporting content.
• Potentially work with Professional Services teams on implementation work.

Requirements:

• A background in supply chain planning.
• Ability to bring an engineering discipline to Anaplan applications.
• A keen eye for user experience.
• Experience of Anaplan is useful but not essential.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a numerate or supply chain/operational field.
