Diligent is seeking an Account Executive II to drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement. The Account Executive II will expand product adoption among current customers and introduce new clients to Diligent's platform. This role demands strategic vision, proactive relationship-building, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

The Account Executive II will be responsible for engaging prospects, managing a robust pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts, and closing deals. They will act as a trusted advisor and strategist, lead account planning, orchestrate internal collaboration, and leverage expertise to elevate customer success and revenue growth.

Role involves:
  • Prospecting new and existing business.
  • Developing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Building relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Developing and executing account plans.
  • Coordinating sales stakeholders.
  • Creating specialized business plans.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Maintaining SFDC records.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of success in account management or new business acquisition.
  • Experience in SaaS or GRC space.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
