Job Description
Diligent is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Compensation Analyst to enhance their HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization. This role focuses on Total Rewards and improving operational processes while working on programs that impact people and the business.
The Compensation Analyst will assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs such as salaries, short and long-term incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys. They will collaborate with business segments on the implementation of centralized, harmonized, and seamless compensation support for functional organizations that span across all business segments. This role will play a key part in M&A integration activities and support the organization as it continues to scale and grow.
This role will follow a hybrid work model. If you are within a commuting distance to one of our Diligent office locations, you will be expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.
Role Involves:
- Providing day-to-day client group support of compensation needs, coordinating with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders.
- Participating in the implementation and management of regular compensation activities.
- Supporting the administration of the global common compensation review process.
- Reviewing and approving employment offers.
- Documenting duties in standard operating procedures and ensuring internal controls are maintained.
- Conducting compensation benchmark assessments and evaluating jobs.
- Collaborating with HR business partners in the creation of consistent job families.
- Conducting ad hoc compensation analyses and projects.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or 3-5 years related experience in Compensation, Finance, Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations and/or Management Consulting.
- Experience supporting technology organization with CRM or SaaS business model preferred.
- Good understanding of broad-based compensation programs, pay for performance, benchmarking/market data, and job evaluation.
- Strong understanding of compensation practices and trends, with emphasis on technology roles.
- Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations based on compensation principles and philosophy.
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
- Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel knowledge; Oracle experience a plus.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments/priorities.
- CCP certification a plus.
