Diligent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to enhance recruitment operations and onboarding experiences. This role involves collaborating with the operations team to streamline processes and ensure a seamless onboarding journey for new hires. The specialist will manage onboarding documentation, background checks, and orientation experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Improving and refining the onboarding journey for new hires.
  • Managing onboarding documentation and background checks.
  • Delivering seamless orientation experiences.
  • Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.
  • Designing and implementing efficient recruitment workflows.
  • Overseeing records and data tracking within the applicant tracking system.
  • Creating and maintaining internal and external communication templates.
  • Managing job postings and guiding candidates through the preboarding journey.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
