Director, GTM Tools & Technology

Job Description

Diligent is seeking a Director of GTM Tools & Technology to lead the strategy and execution of GTM operations and systems. This role ensures structural alignment across commercial functions and stakeholders, including marketing, sales, partners, and customer success. The Director will drive operational excellence through the effective buildout and optimization of core commercial technology platforms and will be the primary owner of business requirements and prioritization for Salesforce and other GTM Tools.Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing GTM Operations & Processes
• Optimizing GTM Systems
• Driving Strategic System Integration & Workflow Automation
• Defining and Managing Business Requirements
• Ensuring Data Integrity and Governance
• Adopting Best Practices and Emerging Technologies
• Ensuring Security & Compliance
• Managing Project Execution

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of experience in GTM functions
• Expertise in GTM Technology, particularly Salesforce
• Cross-Functional Leadership skills
• Strong understanding of business process optimization
• Deep knowledge of data integrity and CRM system governance
• Agile Project Management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Adaptability & Execution skills
