Job Description
Diligent is seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager to collaborate with post-sales leadership teams. This role focuses on building a world-class customer experience across Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services. The Strategy & Ops Manager will shape and execute the post-sales vision, strategy, and operational roadmap to drive gross dollar expansion, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Role involves:
  • Defining and executing the post-sales strategy aligned to key business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to improve the customer journey.
  • Partnering with GTM teams to run annual and quarterly planning for post-sales functions.
  • Driving visibility and accountability around post-sales performance.
  • Optimizing tools and processes to enhance internal efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic, operations, and/or consulting role.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity across stakeholders.
  • Strong biz acumen and understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Ability to define a vision and see it through to completion.
  • Strong desire for collaboration and partnerships.
