Job Description
Diligent is seeking an Advisory & Consulting Manager to lead customer adoption projects and drive the adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain expertise to help customers realize their risk and compliance program vision. The manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring risks are mitigated and budgets are managed. They will also partner with product managers and sales teams to identify expansion opportunities and improve product offerings.
Role involves:
- Advising clients on GRC best practices.
- Managing project risks and resources.
- Capturing business requirements and designing solutions.
- Enabling customers to adopt the platform.
- Partnering with product and sales teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management.
- 2-4 years’ experience running Risk or Compliance Programs.
- 2-4 years managing implementations of large-scale technology products.
- Experience in client management and business development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
