Job Description
Diligent is seeking an Advisory & Consulting Manager to join their team in Vancouver, Canada. This role involves leading customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven, and committed to delivering a beautiful customer experience.
Role Involves:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging domain and practical GRC skills.
- Managing projects to ensure risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
- Partnering with Product Managers to identify trends and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborating with Client Partners to increase adoption of Diligent’s products.
- Identifying expansion opportunities by exposing customers to Diligent solutions.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience as a practitioner with domain knowledge in Audit, Compliance, and/or Risk Management.
- 2-4 years’ experience running Risk or Compliance Programs.
- 2-4 years managing implementations of large-scale technology products.
- Experience in client management and business development.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of business processes.
