Analyst, Strategic Planning & Operations

Job Description

Metropolis is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive analysis and develop insights for transformation workstreams. The analyst will partner with the Transformation Manager and IOs, focusing on high-impact problem-solving and acceleration of initiatives. This role involves close coordination with WSL, IO, and the Transformation Manager to deliver increased impact on specific initiatives.Responsibilities include developing insights, driving analysis, articulating key questions, developing hypotheses, creating workplans, identifying data sources, developing analytical models, and preparing presentations. The analyst will also synthesize insights for problem-solving sessions and leadership readouts, assist in problem-solving, and serve as a thought partner to the Transformation Manager.

• Support Transformation Manager and partners with 2-3 workstreams
• Develop insight and drive analysis
• Synthesize insights for problem solving sessions and leadership readouts
• Assist in problem solving and identification for IOs
• Be a thought partner to the Transformation Manager

Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in professional service environments (management consulting or investment banking preferred), strong modeling and data analysis skills (Excel, Python), a track record of delivering high-impact results, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required.
