FP&A Manager

Job Description

Metropolis is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company. He/She will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and help drive key business decisions.

Responsibilities include:
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes
• Preparing and reviewing financial presentations
• Developing and managing complex 3-statement financial models
• Analyzing business performance
• Managing the consolidation of financial data
• Maintaining and enhancing financial processes and systems
• Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• 2+ years of investment banking experience
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, ideally within the tech industry
• Strong proficiency in Hyperion or similar financial planning systems
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with analyzing complex datasets and data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of financial statements, drivers-based financial modeling, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
