Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support operations at assigned locations. The Senior Manager will ensure that all elements of the operation meet Metropolis standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
  • Communicating proactively with clients on how to improve operations.
  • Conducting routine visits to assigned locations.
  • Identifying existing and potential operational problems.
  • Supporting team and clients during "off-duty hours".
  • Ensuring accounts operate within budget.
  • Managing P&L (Profit and Loss Statement).
  • Hiring, developing, training, and supervising a diverse team of employees.
  • Identifying proper staffing levels.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
