Job Description
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support operations at assigned locations. The Senior Manager will ensure that all elements of the operation meet Metropolis standards.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
- Communicating proactively with clients on how to improve operations.
- Conducting routine visits to assigned locations.
- Identifying existing and potential operational problems.
- Supporting team and clients during "off-duty hours".
- Ensuring accounts operate within budget.
- Managing P&L (Profit and Loss Statement).
- Hiring, developing, training, and supervising a diverse team of employees.
- Identifying proper staffing levels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
