Metropolis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support operations at assigned locations in Detroit, Michigan. The Senior Operations Manager will ensure all elements of the operation meet Metropolis standards.
Responsibilities include: - Resolving client requests and concerns efficiently.
- Conducting routine visits to assigned locations.
- Supporting team and clients during "off-duty hours".
- Ensuring accounts operate within budget.
- Managing P&L (Profit and Loss Statement).
- Hiring, developing, training, and supervising a diverse team of employees.
Requirements: - 5+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience.
- Prior experience creating and maintaining budgets.
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
- Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
