Job Description
Podium is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own the success and health of a segment of Podium’s small business customers. The Customer Account Manager will develop strategies to increase engagement and delight customers while mitigating churn. They will partner with customers throughout their Podium journey, ensuring they get the most out of Podium’s Interaction Management platform and deliver their business goals. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing product adoption, handling renewals, and accelerating value for customers.
What this role involves:
- Serving as the primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers.
- Driving adoption and utilization of Podium products.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Securing renewals and driving customer retention.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer business objectives.
- Conducting regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
- Relaying customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Manager, etc.).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Technically adept and able to grasp complex software concepts.
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.
- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborative team player.
- Available to work onsite at our Guatemala office (anticipated in Jan/Feb 2025)
