Job Description
Podium is seeking an Enterprise Product Support Specialist to join their Technical Support Team. This role focuses on providing world-class troubleshooting and instruction to strategic accounts, enhancing the customer experience through technical aptitude and empathy. The specialist will serve as a crucial link between the Enterprise Customer Success and Support teams, triaging issues and identifying trends to improve customer business operations and value derived from Podium's tools.

What this role involves:
  • Answering questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for large customers via various channels.
  • Leveraging customer context to provide personalized service.
  • Drafting and adhering to technical documentation for Enterprise accounts.
  • Developing relationships with customer management and operations teams.
  • Proactively surfacing customer risks and opportunities.
  • Providing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Developing expertise in Podium’s products.
  • Engaging in ad hoc project work.
  • Developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Contributing to Podium’s culture and progress.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS business.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and experience with Public APIs or SaaS integration.
  • Basic understanding of logging tools like Kibana, Datadog, or Elastic Search.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and influence skills.
  • Founder mentality.
  • Documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with large language models (LLMs).
