Job Description
Podium is seeking an Integration Specialist to coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and client's systems. The Product Integrations Specialist will play a critical role in a program that is key to Podium's long-term success. They will coordinate standard and custom integration projects, delivering a world-class customer experience. This role involves configuring software settings, managing a work queue, and working directly with customers via Zoom, call, text, and email. The Integration Specialist will support Onboarding Specialists, solve integration issues, and serve as an integrations expert across Podium.

Role involves:
  • Coordinating standard and custom integration projects.
  • Configuring software settings and managing a work queue.
  • Working directly with customers to fulfill integration requests.
  • Supporting Onboarding Specialists.
  • Troubleshooting and solving integration issues.
  • Maintaining high-quality documentation of integrations.

Requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working through API and FTP integrations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Tray.io (or similar) preferred.
  • Demonstrated over-achievement managing a large work queue.
  • Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes.
