Job Description
Podium is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage and optimize procurement processes. The Procurement Analyst will lead software and service purchases, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and execute vendor contracts.
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Assist internal teams with purchase requisitions.
  • Support budget management across departments.
  • Enforce procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a software or technology-driven company.
  • Experience leading software/SaaS procurement and managing vendor relationships in the technology space.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with experience with agreements for software, professional services, and business support functions.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP, procure-to-pay platforms, SaaS management tools). Netsuite and Zip experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to optimize cost structures.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
