Job Description
Podium is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide data-driven insights to the engineering and product leadership team. This role is crucial for refining Podium’s business by offering financial insights that drive both top- and bottom-line growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will have comprehensive exposure to Podium's Profit and Loss.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with building and enhancing financial models.
  • Analyze and interpret engineering and product data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies for product development and engineering operations.
  • Manage ad hoc projects and present to business partners.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of financial analysis experience.
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and budget/forecasting cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, and reporting tools such as Sigma or Adaptive Insights.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently.
  • Excellent and proactive communication style.
  • Basic SQL experience.
