Job Description
Podium is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and expansion goals. This role involves owning the strategy and execution across various communication channels, including Email, SMS, mobile push, and in-product communications. The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle marketing across the customer and prospect journey, balancing communication cadence with channel saturation and performance trends. They will identify insights and opportunities across verticals, segments, and stages of the funnel, and monitor and analyze performance at both the channel and campaign level.
Role involves:
- Owning the strategy and execution across Email, SMS, mobile push, and in-product communications.
- Driving roadmap and uncover new areas of opportunity to drive growth.
- Owning end-to-end lifecycle marketing across the customer and prospect journey.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance at both the channel and campaign level.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support vertical-specific goals.
Requirements:
- A problem solving and analytical mindset
- Hands-on executional experience with ESPs and BI reporting tools
- Highly developed creative and written communication skills
- 2+ years of experience managing and building small, high-performing teams
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in Marketo, Sigma, Salesforce, and web optimization tools
- SQL experience a big plus
