Partner Marketing & Events Specialist - 12 month fixed-term contract

Job Description

Podium is seeking a Partner Marketing & Events Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne, Australia. This role will report to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager and play a critical role in driving impactful event and go-to-market partnership initiatives within a verticalized marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and analytical thinker capable of working at pace and managing various priorities to deliver quality leads to the sales team.

Role involves:

• End-to-end execution of the event calendar, including planning and logistics for Partner events, Podium events, and Trade Shows.
• Identifying and testing new event formats for customers and prospects.
• Assessing event performance, measuring ROI, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing innovative Partner marketing initiatives.
• Executing and managing a virtual event calendar in collaboration with Partnerships, Integrations, and Sales teams.
• Creating compelling content for various channels, including presentation decks, email, text, and direct mail campaigns.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to align efforts with company goals.
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience, ideally with a HVAC or Healthcare Marketing background.
• Commercially minded and results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools, including Salesforce.
• Understanding of a B2B SaaS marketing function and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous.
