VP, Growth (Europe)

Job Description

This role involves developing and executing a multi-channel marketing and growth strategy, building and leading a high-performing team, and managing relationships with influencers and media partners.Responsibilities include:

• Developing a multi-channel marketing and growth strategy.
• Implementing and steering marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Building targeted marketing analytics and deriving actionable insights.
• Improving and scaling marketing processes.
• Leading and developing a team of marketing and content managers.
• Building strong relationships with influencers.
• Allocating social influencer budgets.
• Developing campaign ideas and strategies.
• Identifying and cultivating new media partners.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic growth marketing and collaborations.
• 8+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Deep insight into the UK, Ireland, Germany, and other European markets.
• Strong interdepartmental communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Mega, Macro, and Micro influencers.
• Experience growing a multi-tiered influencer program.
• Existing relationships with health and wellness content creators.
