Job Description
AG1 is seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Partner Sourcing to join their global Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for leveraging AG1's network of 3rd party partners to achieve company objectives related to profitability, cash flow, quality, and sustainability. The position is 100% remote and based in Ireland.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and selecting suppliers and strategic partners for indirect goods and services.
- Leading negotiations to secure optimal terms with suppliers and potential retailers.
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize sourcing.
- Collaborating with departments like legal, finance, IT, HR, and marketing.
- Ensuring sourced products and services meet quality standards.
- Identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with strategic objectives.
- Providing reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and ROI.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in negotiation and managing supplier relationships on a global scale.
- Proficiency in utilizing game theory principles and reverse auctioning methods.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
