This role involves delivering personalized healthcare experiences to patients, triaging medical inquiries, managing medication side effects, and providing support throughout their treatment journey. • Triage medical enquiries efficiently.
• Provide medical advice to patients via email and phone.
• Respond to patients experiencing side effects.
• Proactively engage with patients throughout their treatment.
• Create educational content for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical support specialists.

Requirements:

• Qualified nurse or pharmacist with 4-5+ years of experience.
• Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nurse specialist
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience triaging patients.
