Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Medical Support Associate to join their team in Germany. This role involves providing medical advice and support to Juniper patients via email and phone. The Medical Support Associate will triage medical inquiries, respond to patients experiencing side effects, and create educational content. They will also collaborate with a team of clinical and medical support specialists to improve processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Triage medical enquiries efficiently
• Provide medical advice to Juniper patients
• Respond to patients experiencing side effects
• Proactively engage with patients throughout their treatment journey
• Create educational content
• Work closely with a team of clinical and medical support specialists

Requirements:

• Qualified nurse or pharmacist with 4-5+ years experience
• Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nurse specialist
• Fluent in German and English
• Experienced decision maker
• Experience triaging patients
