Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join their Telemedicine team in Germany. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional healthcare experiences to patients, combining reactive and proactive responsibilities. The Medical Assistant will triage medical inquiries, manage medication side effects, and provide support throughout the patient's treatment journey. They will also contribute to building efficient systems and processes. Responsibilities:

• Triage medical enquiries efficiently.
• Provide outstanding medical advice to patients via email and phone.
• Respond to patients experiencing side effects.
• Proactively engage with patients throughout their treatment.
• Create educational content for patients.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical support specialists.

Requirements:

• Qualified nurse or pharmacist with 4-5+ years of experience.
• Completed professional training as a registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nurse specialist.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experienced decision-maker.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
