Eucalyptus is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team in Manila, Philippines, providing support for their UK operations. The Payroll Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee data, and providing excellent customer service to employees and managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing accurate fortnightly payroll for AU companies.
- Collating global payroll inputs and submitting updates to third-party vendors.
- Reviewing and processing employee timesheets.
- Reconciling employee expenses and preparing reports.
- Preparing AU payroll tax and superannuation calculations.
- Supporting month-end activities and payroll reports.
- Maintaining system data and employee personnel files.
- Responding to employee and manager queries.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in payroll administration or as a payroll officer.
- Sound understanding of AU payroll legislation.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality of work.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Capability to meet deadlines within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Excel.
