General Manager (Pilot)

Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a General Manager to lead Pilot, its digital health brand in Australia. This role involves full autonomy and P&L responsibility for Pilot, a high-8-figure business focused on men's health. The General Manager will lead a team of approximately 20 people across marketing, operations, product, and analytics, shaping the team's culture to drive high performance and patient impact. This role reports directly to the COO and collaborates with other brand leaders within Eucalyptus.What this role involves:

• Achieving best-in-class health and safety outcomes for patients.
• Owning the brand vision and commercial strategy for Pilot.
• Setting ambitious OKRs and prioritizing effectively.
• Hitting ambitious P&L targets.
• Managing and growing a high-performing team.
• Allocating budget to impactful initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in startup, D2C, professional services, or consumer tech.
• Proven P&L ownership and growth-driving experience.
• Experience in new channel development, funnel conversion, and customer retention.
• Data-driven and commercially minded.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
