Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a Social Media Designer to join their team in Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful creatives for digital marketing channels, primarily focusing on social media ads, eDMs, and website content. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement and growth through innovative design experiments.

The Social Media Designer will work within a fast-paced environment, collaborating with in-house designers and the wider creative team to maintain brand consistency and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design content for performance marketing channels, focusing on social media ads and print assets.
• Interpret creative design briefs and utilize channel best practices.
• Use performance and engagement metrics to inform future design work.
• Experiment with new formats and stay updated with social trends.
• Build and maintain working files, templates, and asset libraries.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in a media, advertising, or content environment.
• High proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to integrate social trends into brand-aligned content.
• Excellent eye for typography and layout.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
