Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a contract Pharmacist Prescriber to join their team in London. Eucalyptus is dedicated to improving health outcomes, particularly in weight management, through its Juniper program. Juniper combines GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition and exercise plans, supported by a multidisciplinary team.This role involves providing medical advice and prescribing weight-loss medications through a telehealth platform. The Pharmacist Prescriber will collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and contribute to the development of medical knowledge resources.Responsibilities:

• Conduct asynchronous text-based consultations with patients.
• Assess and prescribe weight-loss medications.
• Provide outstanding and personalized medical advice.
• Adhere to practice standards and safety procedures.
• Triage medical inquiries efficiently.
• Respond to medical incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with Eucalyptus-partnered clinicians.
• Assist in creating medical knowledge centers.

Requirements:

• Qualified as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber.
• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• High level of empathy and passion for patient experience.
• Organized, independent, and team-oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Skilled at using technology for care delivery and communication.
• Experience in online prescribing.
• Open to part-time or full-time roles.
